Where has the time gone

It seems like yesterday I was changing Taylor’s diapers and rocking her to sleep, but now she has became a published author. That right A PUBLISHED AUTHOR!!!!! She is on page 18 & 19 in the “Coolest Animal Book” written and illustrated by Ms Mollard’s class.  The book contains over 50 pages, each kid in her class drew a picture and then wrote what their favorite animal was. About 75% of the book is of cats and dogs, but not Taylor’s. Apparently her favorite animal in a porcupine and in my opinion is the best picture and penmanship in the entire book.

Three times a charm

Mason is finally big enough to play in the yard with Taylor, when it is just the two of them they have so much fun together but as soon as one of her friends come over she acts like Mason is bothering her. He love going down the slide and getting on the trampoline (the big kids hate it when he gets on cause they all have to stop jumping.). Yesterday  we took him outside and he found a ball one the grass (I have no idea where it came from) when I tried to take it away from him he said a new word that he learned the day before "NO NO NO". This has now became his favorite thing to say, it is always "NO NO NO" never just one no always three. After about 30 min outside I had to take him in since Taylor and all her friends were getting upset because he would not get off the trampoline.

Doodle

This weekend I had my niece and nephew over and we had so much fun. The best part of the weekend was when I took the kids out side to play. Zach took Taylor and Brooklyn on the 4 wheeler and I played with Dylan. Dylan's favorite movie is the Terminator so when he saw Mason's little 4 wheeler (not a real one) he was so excited. We all pushing him down the street until I got the idea to tie a rope around it and pull him. It work out so well that even the girls were having fun taking him around the neighborhood.

This is my favorite, every time I try to take a picture of him he looks away or down. In this picture he actually said "Cheese" and gave me a cute smile

Scrapbook

I joined a group out here where we swap layouts for our scrapbooks. It is a group of five (including yours truly) that get together once a month and swap layout. There are five different themes and we are suppose to make 5 kit to exchange (all the same) that goes with our theme. I figured I would start posting mine so that maybe some of you scrapbookers (you know who you are SHAREE) can steal my great layout ideas. Enjoy!!!!!

My theme this month was Valentines Day

Bug

As you all know I am trying my hand at photography and wanted to share some recent pictures I have taken of Taylor.  I am still trying to figure things out but I feel like my work has come along way since I started.

I love this picture of Taylor, no smile but she is still beautiful

I love the pink background with the her turquoise shirt

Mason's new shoes

Zach has a pair of shoes that I think are the ugliest shoes ever but for some reason Mason loves them. He will pick them up and carry them around the house he has even tried to put them on. So for his bday his dad got him the cutest Air Jordans  but Mason did not take to them. So I decided that I would buy him some that looked like his dads (his are much cuter, of course since I picked them out).I brought them home and when Mason saw them he got so excited and tried to put them on himself.  He loves his shoe he looks at his feet when he walk which results in him falling down but he gets right back up.

Snow bunny

As you all know we had a huge snow storm tonight, and I don't know about your kids but as soon as Taylor sees that it is snowing she wants to go out and play. When Zach finally got home from work he bundled Taylor up and let her come outside with him while he shoveled the driveway. Since Mason was already in bed I decided to take the opportunity and do a photo shoot of her playing in the snow. She wanted me to take a picture of the snow angel she made which I did but it is hard to see it in the picture. She had so much fun rolling around.

My little Snow Bunny

The one of her eating snow was her idea (she said she wanted to play like a turkey).
